Biography

Mitchell B. Goldsteen has served as our Executive Chairman since January 2021. Mr. Goldsteen is the founder and manager of Oroco Capital, a private investment firm and family office, a position he has held since January 2010. From 2014 until its acquisition in 2026, Mr. Goldsteen served as a Director of MariTrace Ltd, a UK based software company that provides data on commodities, vessels and ports to a wide base of customer types. Mr. Goldsteen was also the founder and Chief Executive Officer of eqhq inc., an e-commerce heavy equipment platform. From 2010 through 2026, Mr. Goldsteen served as a Director of multiple infrastructure firms including CTS Inc. and SCT. Mr. Goldsteen began his career at Alex, Brown & Sons and thereafter worked at The Carlyle Group, Credit Suisse First Boston and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Goldsteen received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
